Roya as Emperor, I as Queen

A massive shadow appeared in the sky.

The shadow resembled a snake.

It looked utterly terrifying.

Roya raised his head toward the sky and saw a colossal snake crawling out from the primeval forest behind Amazon Lily Palace.

The snake kept flicking its tongue as it slowly coiled around the snake-like stone formations of Amazon Lily, making its way to the sacrificial grounds.

Hancock looked at the Snake God before her, her eyes showing not the slightest reverence.

If the Snake God truly had any power, she would not have been captured by a slave ship back then.

If Roya had not appeared back then, Hancock truly could not imagine what her life would have become afterward.

That was why Roya was the warm sun in her heart!

He was the light in her heart!

At that thought, a beautiful smile curled across Hancock's lips.

She immediately said to the Snake God, "In the name of Boa Hancock, I swear! I shall honor Roya as Emperor! And I shall be Queen!"

As Hancock's words fell, the air seemed to freeze completely.

Gloriosa stared blankly at Hancock.

She felt as though her ears had stopped working!

What had she just heard? Hancock wanted to honor Roya as Emperor, while becoming Queen herself and remaining by his side!

But what was this supposed to mean?!

This was absolutely against their ancestral teachings!

Thinking of this, Gloriosa hurriedly said to Hancock, "Hancock! What are you trying to do?! Are you planning to abandon the ancestral teachings?! This is disrespectful! Utterly disrespectful!"

Gloriosa pointed her snake-headed cane at Hancock.

Hancock merely glanced at Gloriosa, the pride in her expression plain for all to see.

Hancock gave a cold snort.

She stretched out her delicate hand before her, then bent her entire upper body backward
