Yardrat

Arriving at a bustling interstellar trade station, Goku looked around to see all manner of alien life forms moving between dazzling rows of shops. The entire station was filled with the strange atmosphere of extraterrestrial civilizations. Goku marveled at the advanced alien technology, but he did not linger and immediately began asking around about Yardrat.

Goku asked around the trade station for information about Yardrat. At first, he had been full of confidence, believing that such a lively place would surely have plenty of well-informed people. However, things did not go so smoothly.

He first approached a small stall selling star maps. The proprietor was a small green alien with a pair of huge eyes. Smiling, Goku asked, "Excuse me, do you know where I can find the coordinates for Yardrat?"

The little alien froze for a moment, then shook his head. "Yardrat? Never heard of it. Sorry, kid!"

Goku was somewhat disappointed, but he did not lose heart and continued onward. Along the way, he encountered a group of tall, red-skinned warriors with decorative interstellar medals hanging from their chests. Thinking that they looked like seasoned adventurers, Goku politely stepped forward and asked, "Have any of you heard of Yardrat?"

The red-skinned warriors looked at one another. Some frowned, while others simply laughed and shook their heads. "Kid, what kind of strange planet are you looking for? A place like Yardrat isn't somewhere we'd ever go. Never heard of it, haha!"

Goku scratched his head and smiled awkwardly before continuing his search for another possible lead. Over the next few hours, he asked nearly every vendor and passerby in the trade station: the owner of a mechanical parts shop, alien fruit and vegetable peddlers, and even merchants selling bizarre souvenirs. Yet whenever he mentioned "Yardrat," they either looked confused or simply shook their heads and refused to answer. Some even suspected he was talking about some legendary tale and laughed at him for reading too many ancient interstellar adventure novels.

Gradually, Goku became discouraged. Why is this so difficult? Could the coordinates of this planet really be that mysterious? Just as he was beginning to lose hope, an elderly, thin alien wearing a hood quietly approached him and said in a low voice, "Kid, information about Yardrat isn't something you can just ask anyone for."

Goku's eyes lit up at once. He hurried closer and asked, "Do you know anything about Yardrat?"

Lowering his voice, the old man said mysteriously, "Yardrat is a mysterious place. Only a very small number of people know its location. If you truly want to find it, go to the Interstellar Navigation Tower. You may find the information you need there. But some intelligence comes at a price."

Hope flared up in Goku's heart again. After thanking the old man, he headed toward the Navigation Tower, silently resolving to find Yardrat's coordinates at any cost.

Following the old man's directions and passing through the bustling crowd, he arrived at the Interstellar Navigation Tower. The tower rose into the clouds, its radiant decorations and flashing galaxy maps giving it an intensely futuristic feel. All kinds of people moved through the tower: adventurers seeking business opportunities, merchants accompanied by guards, and even oddly dressed explorers who seemed to be hunting for treasure.

Goku headed straight into the Navigation Tower's main hall and spotted an information broker seated at the front desk. The broker wore a uniform patterned with star maps and had a cold, cautious expression, clearly accustomed to dealing with all sorts of people. Goku stepped forward with a smile and asked, "Hello, I'm looking for the coordinates of Yardrat. Can you provide any clues?"

The broker looked Goku up and down, curling his lip in disdain. "Yardrat? Do you think just anyone can find it? Information doesn't come easy. Besides, intelligence on Yardrat doesn't come cheap."

Goku had been prepared. He nodded and took out several bags of interstellar currency that he had exchanged for supplies at the trade station, placing them on the counter. The broker's gaze finally grew a little more eager. He gave a slight nod, signaling for Goku to follow him. Goku followed him through several security checkpoints before finally arriving in a dim back room.

The broker opened a simple star map and pointed to a remote region of space. In a low voice, he said, "This is Yardrat's approximate location. But that region is frequently affected by interstellar storms, so navigation won't be easy. Once you reach that star system, you'll have to find it on your own."

Goku silently memorized the coordinates. After thanking the broker, he returned to his spaceship. He entered Yardrat's coordinates into the ship's system, started the engines, and departed the interstellar trade station.

Seated in the spaceship, Goku watched the star map coordinates slowly appear on the screen, his heart filled with anticipation and nervousness. He knew that Yardrat was not only a planet steeped in legend, but might also possess a special combat technique that could help him advance further and grow stronger.

The spaceship sped between stars and planets. Several days later, Goku finally approached that unknown region of space. Just as the broker had said, interstellar storms were frequent and intense. Almost every so often, storm warnings flashed across the ship's dashboard. Goku carefully controlled the spaceship and adjusted its course, doing his best to avoid the violent currents, but he was still caught in them several times. The ship shook violently, making him feel the hardship of the journey.

Just as the storm began to subside, a faint signal suddenly appeared on the radar screen. Goku's heart leaped with joy, and he immediately adjusted the ship's course toward the signal.

A few minutes later, a mysterious planet appeared in the distance. Green vegetation and purple oceans covered its surface, and the entire planet seemed to give off a faint glow, radiating a peaceful aura. After confirming its features, Goku said happily to himself, "This must be Yardrat!"

He slowly landed the spaceship on the planet's surface, opened the hatch, and stepped outside. A burst of fresh air washed over him. Several enormous floating rocks hung in Yardrat's sky, while strange creatures wandered nearby, giving the place an atmosphere entirely different from Earth.

Before he had gone far, Goku saw several Yardratians walking toward him. They were tall and thin, with calm and friendly expressions. One elder smiled and nodded at Goku before saying, "Welcome, Saiyan from a distant star system. We sensed your arrival."

Goku gave a slight bow and answered politely, "Thank you for welcoming me. I heard there is a special technique here called Instant Transmission. Could I ask you to teach me?"

The elder smiled and nodded at his words, leading Goku toward the village. Along the way, Goku curiously observed everything around him. Yardrat's buildings were unique, seemingly constructed from a type of natural rock and blending seamlessly into the surrounding environment. At the center of the village was a circular plaza, in the middle of which stood a stone monument carved with runes.

The elder explained to Goku, "To learn Instant Transmission, you must first meditate in stillness and sense the flow of your own energy. Then, use your mind to sense the target's energy signature. Only then can you complete the transition through space."

Goku listened intently and followed the elder to a meditation site. He sat cross-legged, closed his eyes, and adjusted his breathing. The elder guided him from beside him, teaching him to focus his mind on sensing the flow of ki.

After more than half a year of effort, Goku finally mastered Instant Transmission completely. Though his talent was exceptional, the complexity of the technique still demanded immense effort from him. Every day, he meditated, practiced, and sensed the flow of energy. More than once, Goku had doubted whether he could master the technique, but he never gave up easily and always threw himself into it wholeheartedly.

At first, Goku could only use Instant Transmission over short distances. Each time, he felt a wave of dizziness, as though he had lost all sense of time and space. However, as time passed, the energy within him flowed more and more smoothly, and his mind grew increasingly steady. Gradually, he was able to turn Instant Transmission from an instinctive bodily reaction into something he could control with precision.

Now, Goku could use Instant Transmission freely across Yardrat. Whether passing through dense forests, leaping over mountain ranges, or crossing vast seas, he could do it effortlessly. Every time he teleported, he felt an unprecedented sense of exhilaration and freedom, as if he had instantly broken free of the restraints of time and space and become capable of anything.

One day after training, Goku sat in a grassy field on Yardrat, gazing at the enormous floating rocks in the sky as emotions stirred within him. He had already increased the range of his Instant Transmission from a few hundred meters to tens of thousands of kilometers. He could even make brief jumps between different planets. Though there were still limits to the distance, this ability was already powerful enough for him.

"This is so cool! This technique makes me feel like I can reach anywhere in an instant." Goku smiled and spoke to himself, filled with a powerful sense of satisfaction.
