Dawn casually dropped the tall girl he had been carrying on his shoulder onto the ground in front of Kalifa, his movement as casual as tossing down a bag of miscellaneous goods.
The girl was bound hand and foot, rough ropes wrapped around her several times, the ends gripped firmly in Dawn's hand.
She wore a nurse's uniform that outlined her slender yet powerful frame, her pale green hair covered in dust, and a few fresh bloody scratches marked her face.
Kalifa pushed up her glasses, a flash of clear astonishment crossing her beautiful eyes behind the lenses.
"Who is she?"
Though seeing her for the very first time, the girl before her gave Kalifa a strangely familiar feeling.
"Her name is Alpha. Blood-wise, she's your biological sister. The two of you were separated and raised by your biological father from a young age. You were sent into CP9's training camp, while she was sent to CP8's training base."
Dawn briefly explained the past relationship between Alpha and Kalifa.
The man in the black suit encountered back in Water 7 was actually a member of CP8, and moreover from the training base; upon learning this, Dawn naturally sought a way to maximize the benefits.
Hearing this explanation, Kalifa's breath stalled for a fraction of a second, and Alpha snapped her head up, a pair of eyes staring fiercely at this elder sister she was meeting for the first time.
The sisters remained mutually silent.
Dawn let go of the rope in his hand, leaving it to drop onto the ground.
"Kalifa, your sister's ideological education is left to you. If you can't teach her right, I'll have no choice but to separate the two of you in life and death."
Dropping this command, which sounded like an ultimatum,
