Wu Taotao posted a second Weibo update:

The victims hope to receive justice, and I hope everyone will not investigate their identities. I am willing to bear legal responsibility for every word I have said!

Wu Taotao's second post had no images attached, but those few sentences felt even heavier than the post above.
