Boom!
As Nameless pondered, Arman-Seti summoned a gigantic arm. Still gripping a trident, it stabbed down from above.
Fusing every ability into one was not without purpose.
It was like bringing the whole body's strength to bear in martial arts: a single punch carried the power of the entire body.
Arman-Seti clearly had not mastered the fusion. Otherwise, Aries Palace could never have survived a strike from his Myriad Curses Star Net. Arman-Seti's current strength might be a tenth of the Lesser Unity Realm, or perhaps only a hundredth.
The trouble was, Nameless had never met anyone in the Lesser Unity Realm, so he could not judge Arman-Seti's true level.
The trident came at him. Nameless's myriad thoughts instantly converged into a single intent.
In that instant, Nameless dodged the trident.
He slipped past it, then drifted along the enormous arm like willow fluff. Sensing him approach, Arman-Seti shouted, "Myriad Curses—"
Before he could finish, Nameless kicked him in the jaw. Arman-Seti grunted, spraying blood and several teeth from his mouth.
"Looks like you haven't fused your body," Nameless said calmly.
Arman-Seti's eyes flew wide. How did Nameless know he had cultivated the Lesser Unity True Method?
"Myriad Curses—"
He had no time to think. With Nameless already upon him, he opened his mouth at once.
But before he could finish calling out the ability's name, Nameless spun and kicked him in the cheek. He did not stop. His legs lashed out in a frenzy, his toes striking again and again. Dents appeared all over Arman-Seti's body, and nearly every bone was shattered.
So weak.
Once someone got close, he was weak beyond belief.
The moment Nameless realized Arman-Seti feared close combat, he had stopped taking him seriously. A level 279 powerhouse with such an obvious weakness was, frankly, rare.
