He ran down the slope on impulse, hugged Little Sairon, and rolled through the grass. Then he lay spread-eagled on the ground and simply watched the sky.

A few minutes later, he got up, walked to the lake, and knelt beside it. In the clear water, he saw the blue sky, white clouds, and his own face reflected back at him.

"So handsome. No one could possibly question my status as the most handsome man in Mingzhu City!" he said, pinching his cheeks with a smug grin.

Little Sairon trotted to the shore too. He looked at Zhang Ping's reflection, then at his own.

"Don't drink that, little guy. If you're thirsty, tell me. I've got clean water," Zhang Ping reminded him
