Nameless opened his eyes and found himself in a sewer reeking of filth.

Luo Xiang hurried over from nearby. He had changed into tattered beggar's clothes that smelled sour and rotten.
"Your legs?" Nameless asked with a frown, looking down at Luo Xiang's legs.
In the Divine Treasure Space, Luo Xiang's legs had been normal. But in the real world, they were entirely mechanical. Judging by the patchy rust, Luo Xiang was probably not their first owner.
"I had to make a living. Without them, I couldn't find work here at all." Luo Xiang smiled bitterly.
Then he turned and said, "Please follow me, my lord. I'll take you to the Mechanical God Race's palace. Once you kill them all, this world will be free."
"No need for all that trouble. Go home and wait for word from me," Nameless said.
He did not need Luo Xiang to guide him, nor did he intend to kill the Mechanical God Race immediately. He wanted to understand the situation first. With Luo Xiang leading the way, he would probably have trouble seeing this world as it really was. He preferred to find out for himself.
