Martin was a player of the Infinite City, after all. Between the teachings of Mobius Academy and the Infinite City's Forum, he had developed an extraordinarily broad understanding. Several possibilities flashed through his mind at once.
The Infinite City had come so far that there was a countermeasure for virtually any ability.
Martin immediately took out three potions, flicked their caps off with three snaps of his thumb, and drank them in one gulp.
They were an Illusion Reflection Potion, a Time Isolation Potion, and a Focus Potion. Each had its limits, but they were more than enough for ordinary situations.

Jealousy twisted Mai Yuqiang's face beyond recognition. Potions were hard currency throughout the All Heavens and Myriad Realms, but people capable of brewing them were as rare as phoenix feathers and qilin horns.
Most cultivators across the All Heavens and Myriad Realms simply rolled up their sleeves, grabbed their weapons, and charged in. Few could afford the luxury of boosting their combat
