The main reason Owl had agreed was that Sa had an Instant-Death Bullet available today.
Even if an unimaginably powerful monster really did lurk in this city, a single bullet would easily finish it off.
This time, Owl and the others did not fly straight into the city. They chose to walk instead. The garden was not particularly large; they could reach its far end in a little over ten minutes.
Along the way, Owl discovered several plants that could serve as spices. He carefully picked them and placed them in his Storage Ring for safekeeping.
"Owl, what kind of treasure is that ring of yours? You can actually put things inside it," Trevor asked curiously as he watched.
"That's a Storage Ring," the Coal-Eating Dragon said with a laugh. "They aren't particularly valuable in the cultivation world. Unless the space inside is especially large, they're really not worth much."
"How much space counts as large?" Owl asked curiously.
The Coal-Eating Dragon thought for a moment before answering, "Enough to hold everything in an entire world. That would probably count as truly large."
"An entire world's contents in one ring? Does a treasure like that really exist?" Trevor exclaimed in amazement.
Sitting cross-legged on Trevor's head, the Coal-Eating Dragon wagged his head. "Hmph, that just shows how little you've seen. This world is full of wonders. As far as I know, those players from the Infinite City can expand their storage space without limit. Yu Hai's storage space is pretty big."
"So as long as you become a player, you can have more storage space than a Storage Ring?" Owl asked as they walked.
"That should be how it works," the Coal-Eating Dragon said, nodding. "But I don't know whether there are any other requirements."
They chatted as they walked.
