His mind was filled with the Sunlight King's feat of sacrificing himself to pass on the fire. Both hands unconsciously cupped the air, as though he were holding a ball of flame.
Malu glanced at him twice and quietly asked Te Er, "Did the boss get stupid, meow?"
"Uh..." Te Er glanced at Leon, unsure how to judge him.
Most of the group had recovered from the shock brought by the footage and were urgently exploring the Underground Mine.
Only Leon's mental state seemed off, as though his soul had crawled into the bonfire.
Te Er was afraid Leon would suddenly start shouting that he wanted to pass on the fire.
The entire Mine Area was like a complicated maze, with tunnels of all sizes crisscrossing in every direction. It was dizzying enough to make people constantly ask, "Where am I? How did I end up back here again?"
The terrain was not only complex; the tunnels also featured a classic design—hidden doors.
These hidden doors did not necessarily need to be struck or rubbed to unlock. Sometimes they hid behind piles of broken wooden crates, sometimes they were blocked by fragile crystal clusters, and sometimes they were plugged by humanoid stone statues.
What they had in common was that every hidden door was concealed
