Nami and Fluffy

"Professor, what was there to be afraid of? I was a wizard. I could use magic!"

Li Wei spoke without the slightest fear.

He was not a child. Why would he be afraid of the dark or being alone?

"But if I leave, you have the Trace on you, so you won't be able to use magic!"

Professor McGonagall said with a frown.

For the first time, she found this thing used to monitor young wizards and prevent them from casting magic recklessly incredibly irritating!

Li Wei smiled at that, saying with great anticipation:

"Professor, even if I can't use magic, don't forget that I have the Magical Creature Affinity talent!

I've always kept Fluffy, the three-headed dog, with me!"

"I'll settle him in the hall downstairs in a moment.

I'd like to see who could get past a three-headed dog, climb upstairs, and hurt me!"

Professor McGonagall suddenly realized that she had forgotten about the three-headed dog Li Wei had stored inside an Undetectable Extension Charm item.

With that enormous three-headed dog protecting him, let alone small animals or magical creatures, it would probably be impossible for anyone to harm Li Wei!

"In that case, I can rest easy!"

"Then I'll return to Hogwarts Castle for now and come see you again tomorrow."

Professor McGonagall said this with lingering concern. She had decided to check on Li Wei again tomorrow; she truly could not relax knowing he was living alone in this ruined castle in the middle of nowhere.

"Alright, Professor! Just wait and see. I'll transform this castle bit by bit and make it the most elegant and magnificent home!"

"Then I'll invite you over as a guest, and you can stay here for a few more days!"

Li Wei nodded, speaking with a face full of anticipation.
