"Professor McGonagall, and the rest of the professors, is there something you need from us?"
Li Wei wore a smile, as though he had done nothing wrong, and asked with a trace of confusion on his face.
In truth, he did not think he had done anything wrong at all!
The professors were taken aback. It was their first time seeing a young wizard skip class so confidently, and they could not help feeling provoked.
"Stop playing dumb," Lockhart snarled as he stepped forward and angrily questioned Li Wei.
"Why did you and all these young wizards behind you skip class? Why didn't you attend my Defense Against the Dark Arts class?"
"You actually dared to skip class openly! You young wizards have utterly no respect for rules!"
Lockhart could no longer maintain his smug, glittering, self-satisfied demeanor!
No one had attended his class. Even a professor teaching a useless course like him could not endure such public humiliation!
"Professor, why are you angry? What do you have to be angry about?"
"Didn't you come to Hogwarts only after selling all those trashy novels you wrote?
You've already made a fortune, so why are you still angry?"
"We young wizards spent so many Galleons and learned absolutely nothing!
We have to sit through your classes every day, listening to you spout rubbish and brag about useless things, yet we're not angry. What right
