Yet even after she had made such an enormous sacrifice.

Leon merely gave her a strange look.

"What are you talking about?"

"Do you think I can only use my muscles to solve problems?"

Leon frowned in displeasure.

He snapped his fingers. "JARVIS!"

"I'm here, young master." The steel armor, which had barely made its presence felt until now, stepped forward.

"Open this cable car and get it running."

"Yes, sir!"

Several data cables extended from the steel armor and connected to the cable car's external screen.

A few seconds later, the screen flickered, and the cable car's armored door hissed open.

"See? I have artificial intelligence too." Leon winked at Ada Wong before stepping into the cable car.

The others filed in after him, praising him one after another with words like, "As expected of Mr. Leon."

"..." Ada Wong stood there blankly for several seconds before tilting her head and laughing. "Heh~ Just like an idiot."

She did not know whether she was talking about Leon or herself.

She tapped her forehead helplessly, then followed them into the cable car.

Under JARVIS's control, the car began moving slowly, gradually picking up speed.

"There should be plenty of zombies and mutated creatures in the laboratory."

Leon stood among them and said, "So we'll do things the usual way. I'll lead, and you follow."

"Once we clear out the underground base, just help organize the research materials and equipment."

"As for improving the vaccine, I already have some preliminary ideas. If nothing goes wrong, I'll have results by tomorrow morning."

Bard expressed his admiration, while Marvin and Elliot were filled with excitement. Ada clapped, though her eyes flickered slightly.

"Hmph, what a boastful brat. He looks barely seventeen or eighteen. He should go to college first!" Annette muttered disdainfully.
