Arc 23The Battleworld Experiment
Leon traced the Multiversal Collisions to Doctor Doom’s use of God Loki’s power, then learned that Loki had chosen a wider destruction and restart to escape the Beyonders. With Doom left in charge of Battleworld, Leon began organizing a plan to preserve the Multiverse by moving universes into his Divine Kingdom Dimension, choosing Mutant Earth for the first test.
- Leon discovered that Doctor Doom had destroyed the TVA and stolen God Loki’s power, while Spider-Gwen called for help as Morlun and the Inheritors attacked the Spider-Man Alliance.
- Leon killed Morlun and the Inheritors, helped restore the TVA, and traveled to the collapsing Main Universe, where he found Doom’s Battleworld.
- Leon confronted Doom, who admitted he was destroying the Multiverse to rebuild it as a peaceful world, and broke Doom’s Time Loop before God Loki asked him to spare Doom.
- Loki explained that Kang had divided the Sacred Timeline and that he had given Doom some of his power to restart the timelines, while the Beyonders had driven him to choose a wider destruction and restart.
- Leon restored Doom’s soul and left him to rule Battleworld, then brought the Deadpool Corps to the TVA and had Dark Strange and the mages bring the Hell lords under his control.
- Dark Strange proposed that Leon’s Divine Kingdom Dimension devour Earths and draw nearby universes away from the Multiverse Cluster, and Leon agreed to test the plan on another Earth first.
- On Mutant Earth, William Stryker pressured Mystique to join his experiment to strengthen the remaining Mutants, and Leon declared the corrupted world the first test subject to be devoured.
