Boom!

Leon's shout and the roar of thunder came almost simultaneously.

A bolt of lightning appeared from nowhere, shattering space as it descended upon Leon's body.

Wizard Shazam emptied his mind and chose the person before him as his successor.

The divine powers of six gods were passed down to Leon.

When the lightning that seemed capable of piercing everything faded away,

the black battle suit on Leon's body had turned a vivid red.

A long white cape with a wizard's hood draped down from his shoulders.

"Isn't this suit's color a little too weird... Even Tony wouldn't paint his armor completely red."

Leon raised an arm to inspect his new suit and could not help complaining.

"I must look like one of those five-colored warriors from a tokusatsu show, shouting that I fight for love and Justice."

As Leon continued complaining, he realized something was off.

Had his ability to complain suddenly skyrocketed? Was this the Wisdom of Solomon?

Shazam paid no attention to Leon's complaints.

The old wizard was still completing his ritual.

He stared wide-eyed at Leon, raised the Staff of the Gods high, and spoke in a booming voice.

"From this moment on, you shall inherit my name and possess all my power. You are Shazam!"

"Now, the power of Zeus!

The Wisdom of Solomon!

The strength of Hercules!

The endurance of Atlas!

The courage of Achilles!

The speed of Mercury!

All shall gather within you!"

Old Wizard Shazam raised both hands like an ancient priest.

Only after the ritual ended did he hand the divine staff to Leon. "From now on, you are Shazam. Remember, use your heart to guide your limitless power!"

Leon nodded and accepted the staff, though what he was thinking was rather different.
