"I wish Legend would never leave."
Eri made her wish to the Holy Grail.
The magical energy within the Holy Grail began to churn, but quickly settled again.
Clearly, the Holy Grail could not grant that wish.
Eri blinked, somewhat disappointed but not overly surprised.
After thinking for a moment, she said, "I wish Legend's wish could come true."
This time, the Holy Grail gave no response at all.
Eri continued changing her wish.
"I wish to use the remaining magical energy in the Holy Grail to help Saber fulfill her wish."
Eri herself did not have any particular goal she wanted to achieve, nor anything she wanted to obtain.
Being able to follow Legend into the worlds of anime was enough to satisfy her.
She felt that Artoria needed help more than she did.
That girl who had hidden her gender to become King Arthur was truly too pitiful.
Eri remembered that Artoria liked delicious food.
So she wanted to wish to send her some gomoku fried rice.
But before she could add anything further to her wish,
the Holy Grail had already released all of its magical energy.
Dense magical energy enveloped Eri, and she slowly ascended like an angel.
Leon stared in a daze. "Eri, what did you wish for?"
He sensed a vast amount of magical energy breaking through time and space, preparing to send Eri away.
All of a sudden, the girl he had brought here was about to embark on a distant journey.
It was far too abrupt.
Eri herself was also utterly confused.
She looked down at Leon from the air. "I wished for the Holy Grail to help Saber."
"Saber?"
Leon thought for a moment and understood.
"Artoria's true wish is for someone to replace her as the king of Britain."
"You
