A dull, thunderous impact erupted.

Human Path Pain's head snapped backward, and his body flew away like a wooden post struck by lightning.

Ren had crossed the distance between them in an instant through sheer physical speed.

In the distance, spies from the various villages were stunned.

"Too fast for even the Rinnegan to follow?"

"Was that really a person's speed?"

"If he'd attacked at that speed from the start, who could have stopped him?"

A Konoha Anbu stared at the battlefield, his grip tightening around his kunai.

"It's not that they couldn't see him."

"They had no time to react at all."

A Kumogakure spy swallowed.

"Even Lord Raikage might not be able to stop that kind of speed..."

Before he finished speaking, Ren became a streak of light again.

Naraka Path Pain had just moved to approach Human Path when a black-clad figure appeared before him.

Ren gave him no chance to form hand seals. His right fist drove upward.

Boom!

Naraka Path Pain was lifted clean off the ground. His chest caved in, and every black Chakra Receiver on his back snapped.

He flew dozens of meters, tumbling through the air
