Luo Feng walked through the palace doors. A huge desk stood in the hall, and behind it sat a figure who smiled as Luo Feng entered.

"Come, sit." He gestured toward the chair across from him.

Luo Feng studied the member of the Alien Race. He had never seen one like him before. Seated as he was, his height was hard to judge, but he had a humanoid form and facial features, though they differed greatly from a human's. His face was pale gold and covered in scales. Two curved golden horns and one straight horn rising upward crowned his head.

Yet Luo Feng could only see him. He seemed unable to sense him at all, and the man's aura was so thoroughly contained that it was imperceptible.

"I am Luo Feng. Greetings, Senior. How should I address you?" Luo Feng reached the chair and sat down.

"You may call me Jiushan," the alien said with a soft laugh. He poured Luo Feng a glass of fruit wine. "Here, try it. This wine is rare. You wouldn't get a chance to taste it outside."

Luo Feng raised his glass slightly to Jiushan, then drained it.

The wine warmed him from within. His soul felt clear and weightless, and comfort spread through his entire body. Insight after insight surfaced in his mind. Things that had puzzled him began to make sense, and his Divine Power Clone seized the chance to comprehend them.

"How is the wine?" Jiushan asked with a faint smile. "That glass alone is worth nearly as much as a God King Level Supreme Treasure."
