When he arrived in the familiar Courtyard, He Tianxun greeted him with a warm smile.
"City Lord," Luo Feng said at once.
"Starlight, come, sit." He Tianxun poured him wine himself, his manner remarkably welcoming.
"The moment you told me you were coming, I knew you had succeeded. You didn't disappoint me." He Tianxun smiled, lifted his cup, and took a small sip.
Luo Feng smiled too. "I'm glad I could deliver."
He took out a vial of blood.
