The alien Saint Realm cultivator Bai He had barely finished speaking when a burly figure stepped out of the void.
Palace Master Lihua and Bai He both turned to look.
"Bai He greets the Tower Master," the alien Saint Realm cultivator said respectfully.
The newcomer had humanoid hands and feet, but black scales covered his entire body, and three brown horns grew from his head.

He watched her, a piercing gleam in his eyes.

"It isn't that I distrust you. I believe you'll follow Lu Shan's rules." Palace Master Lihua endured the pressure without backing down.
The Tower Master stared at her, then suddenly laughed—
"Fine. You really are lucky. A Saint Realm cultivator somehow got hold of a Primordial Mountain Token without anyone knowing... Lu Shan will post your mission at once, and you'll be able to check it. As for the token, Lu Shan's rules require the reward to be held as collateral."
"Of course, you can trust Lu Shan's reputation. No one would dare pocket the reward—not even me! I have no intention of getting myself killed."
