Sifa cleared his throat a few times. "No, you misunderstood. I'm perfectly healthy, with no serious illnesses. It's just that, following my family's arrangements, I'll soon be joining the Kingdom Navy. I'll be fighting pirates and doing my part to keep our kingdom's seas peaceful."

The woman with slightly curly brown hair set the bouquet on a nearby table, a teasing, amused glint in her eyes. "Is that so? Well, I was only joking just now. I hope you don't mind."

"No, not at all."

Sifa blinked, lowered his voice, and spoke with a hint of mystery and a touch of pride. "Actually, to tell you the truth, I'm a Beyonder. Yes, one of those powerful people beyond the imagination of ordinary folk."

He straightened up again, then leaned back slightly against the sofa. "So I should have some unusual experiences while I'm at sea."

"If you don't object, I'd like to share those experiences with you through letters. Perhaps they could provide material for your next book."

A flicker of surprise crossed Fors's face. She exchanged a glance with the blonde girl before smiling politely. "Really? Then I'll look forward to them."

Sifa nodded, then took out the copy of Wuthering Heights he had bought at the bookstore that morning. Opening the cover, he looked expectantly at the woman before him. "Could you sign this for me?"

Fors smiled. "Of course."

Looking at the signature on the page, Sifa stood up. "Thank you very much. I'm delighted I got to meet you today. I won't take up any more of your time. Have a lovely afternoon."

He also nodded to the blonde girl. "You too, miss whose name I don't know."

Then Sifa left.

After seeing him out, the blonde girl closed the door and looked at the bouquet
