Besides controlling the shape of flames, a Pyromaniac could also use Flame Manipulation to control the way flames moved.

Sifa raised his hand, and crimson flames danced in his palm once more. Under his control, the small flame shifted from burning quietly to spinning, forming a miniature tornado of fire.

Then the flames stopped spinning. They converged toward the center before erupting from the top, like a volcanic eruption.

Next, the flames contracted inward again, layer upon layer. Sifa could feel the pressure inside steadily rising. If he did not suppress it, it would explode!

The contraction stopped. The crimson flames slowly expanded again, releasing their internal pressure bit by bit and returning to their initial state. Sifa closed his hand and put away the flames.

"Hmm. A Pyromaniac possesses the ability to use Flame Manipulation freely. Making flames imitate different forms and possess the traits of those forms is an external manifestation."
