The Six Great Families

Sifa's breathing grew a little heavier. The Tudor Empire had been founded in the Fourth Epoch, and it had once ruled the North Continent. The Watchers had mentioned that before.

The Watchers had also said that his mother's teacher belonged to the Abraham Family, once one of the foremost great families of the Tudor Empire.

In that case, it was only natural that his mother, as a student of an Abraham Family member, knew about the great families of the Tudor Empire.

Sifa's interest in the notebook surged. He set aside the book he had chosen, picked up the notebook, and began reading intently.

"The Antigonus Family controls the Seer Pathway. My teacher said they might be descendants of an Ancient God. How frightening. No wonder they became great nobles of the Tudor Empire."

"But the family is dying out now. Their decline seems to have something to do with a church, though my teacher didn't say which one. Clearly, many terrifying truths lie hidden beneath the mist of history."

So the Antigonus Family descended from an Ancient God. No wonder the Secret Order keeps searching for their relics. I thought it was only because of the Seer Pathway, but it seems there's more to it.

As descendants of an Ancient God, the Antigonus Family must have left something important among their relics. Secrets of the Ancient Gods, perhaps, or undiscovered treasure?

I like the word "treasure."

"My teacher was vague about the Jacob Family. He didn't seem to know much about them himself. Supposedly, they control the Error Pathway, whose starting Sequence is Marauder. The Pathway is said to possess abilities beyond imagination."
