After passing through the noisy lobby, Sifa returned to his room, lit the gas lamp, and took two Beyonder Characteristics from his pocket. One had been contributed by the captain with the silvery-white iron hook, and the other had belonged to the first mate whom he had possessed and made shoot himself.

Sifa summoned the "Spirit World Treasure Chest" and tossed both Characteristics directly inside, feeling no urge to identify them.

After all, that captain had said their strength was about on par with Quinte's, and Quinte was even better at fighting than the captain with the iron hook. These two Characteristics were probably around Sequence 7 or Sequence 8.

Together with the two Beyonder Characteristics he had obtained from the "Blood Shark," there were now quite a few Characteristics in the treasure chest.

"I wonder if I can sell some of them at the Tarot Club. They're useless sitting with me. Or I could go to Bayam and find a Beyonder gathering to fence them."

Sifa lay down on the bed and stared at the ceiling as he muttered to himself, "I've already informed the Church of Storms about Admiral of Blood's plan. Bayam will definitely be lively when the time comes."

"The livelier, the better. That way, I can fish in troubled waters and successfully get aboard the 'Golden Dream.'"

"The Blood Shark earned me 2,660 pounds. I wonder how much these pirates will bring in. The Church of Storms won't give me only seventy percent of the bounty, will they? A major Church can't be that stingy, can it? Let me see... once the Three Brothers Pirate Group's bounty comes through, these pirates alone will have earned me six or seven thousand pounds."
