In the room at the bottom of the cabin, Beyonce—or rather, Childe—took out a paper figurine and tossed it onto the bed.

Everything was ready.

After observing him over the past few days, Childe believed he had grasped Hunter Rayleigh's personality, especially after what happened at noon. It had further confirmed that Rayleigh was a womanizer.

Thus, he had devised a plan and prepared to complete the hunt that night.

He had bribed the crew, using a gas leak that needed repairing as an excuse to have all the guests in the rooms at the bottom of the cabin move out. He had also scattered some inconspicuous items in those rooms and along the corridor.

He had already notified Sandy and arranged for him to cooperate. As for the Doctor, that man was not skilled at direct combat. Healing the two of them after the hunt was over would be the Doctor's stage.

Now, he only needed to lay one or two more pieces of groundwork, and the plan would be flawless.

At that moment, there was a knock on the door. Childe covered the paper figurine with a blanket and said in a voice that was neutral but carried a slight feminine quality, "Come in."

The door opened, and he saw Hunter Rayleigh remove his hat and say, "Miss Beyonce, I've moved over here. Would you like to stay in your room or take a walk on the deck?"
