Odys learned that Vice Admiral Deep Sea had also arrived on Krus Island, but he still did not show himself. After dinner aboard the Argo, he used Travel to reach Lighthouse Town, which was still under construction.

The workers had finished for the day. Only Mandy and a few others were staying there.

To keep them safe, Odys had previously required whichever first or second mate was on rotation on Krus Island to stay there too.

But now that Groselle and the others lived there, Mandy and her companions' safety was less of a concern.

Groselle stood over four meters tall, so Odys had arranged for them to stay in a newly completed workshop.

Conditions were a little rough for now, but their new houses were under construction. During the day, they also helped out in the newly planned village opposite Lighthouse Town.

Besides, they had spent a long time living in their cave camp inside Groselle's Travels. Their present conditions hardly seemed too harsh.

Odys knocked. Mobet, now dressed in Loen-style clothes, pulled one of the workshop's enormous doors open a crack.

When he saw who was outside, he said with pleased surprise, "Odys? Have you had dinner?"

They were eating dinner themselves.

"I have." Odys stepped inside as he spoke. "There's something I'd like to discuss with everyone."

Everyone greeted him and gathered around the Heating Array.

Groselle and the others could not get used to modern food, so they cooked for themselves each day. Odys had designed a Heating Array for them and supplied plenty of meat and vegetables.

It worked much like the Stir-Fried Sand Array at Odys's Secret Base, using spirituality to heat a fixed spot.

Once everyone had settled, Groselle and the others continued eating.
