Without Gal Runes, one needed to at least be a Sequence 6 Artisan or Scroll Professor to be capable of conducting the relevant research.
But now that there were Gal Runes, Low Sequence Beyonders could use calculations to create corresponding Beyonder tools after receiving the appropriate training.
With the emergence of Spirit-Storage Crystals, ordinary people could also work in this field. They were simply much slower than Beyonders when learning the necessary knowledge, such as arrays and Gal Runes.
During calculations, ordinary people would also find it extremely taxing, and they could not come into contact with overly advanced subjects, or they would be prone to contamination.
