So, could this so-called Observer Castle be that ruin of Reinhardt's castle located in the Antares Mountain Range, where Gluttony found the Sealed Artifact Heaven's Feast?
It truly does appear during the full moon... And I even made an appointment with Greed and Sloth to go explore it together next month...

Well, it is not entirely impossible either.
Although various signs indicated that the experiment from eleven years ago was jointly promoted by Roselle, the Mother Goddess of Depravity, and numerous figures behind the scenes, the hand of the Calamity Seal was definitely involved as well.
As a Sequence 1 Sealed Artifact, the Calamity Seal certainly possessed Reinhardt's memories and must have known all about the so-called Observer Castle.
Perhaps there were other secrets hidden there that I still did not know?
Besides, that experiment eleven years ago was very likely completed inside Observer Castle!
So no matter what, I still have to go take a look during the next full moon... As for whether to perform that ritual I parsed from the five survivors, I will decide after exploring Observer Castle.
