Off the coast of Pritz Harbor, the sea, free from industrial pollution, lay silent and tranquil. Only the Crimson Moon hung high overhead, mysterious and dreamlike.

He wore an exaggerated tricorn hat embroidered with a white skull and decorated with feathers. He was dressed in a lace-trimmed white shirt and an elaborate, ornate brown jacket. A rawhide-colored belt secured his white breeches, with a slender rapier hanging from it.

The man's face was covered by a silver-white mask. His features and outline were completely hidden, while the cold lines around the holes symbolizing his eyes, nose, and mouth were enough to make anyone tremble.

This appearance perfectly matched the rumored image of "Hell Admiral" Ludwell!
