The Results of the Divination

"Roselle?"

Klein was astonished. He had tried divining his fellow countryman before, but either he had lacked the necessary information and received no revelation, or some interference had kept him from getting the result he wanted.

Never before had he seen the man himself so clearly!

I didn't expect divining the Fallen Morning Star to show me Roselle directly...

So he made this necklace. No wonder Mr. Tower thought its origins were unusual...

But in that vision, the Emperor seemed to be speaking with someone I couldn't see...

What does it mean that I couldn't see them? Hmm... They must represent something unknown to me.

Because I know nothing about this "unknown" being, the divination couldn't give me any revelation or symbol for it...

But what could be completely unknown to me? Don't tell me it's a god I've never heard of?

After pondering for several minutes, Klein conjured another sheet of parchment and wrote a new divination statement:

"The origin of the gemstones in the necklace in my hand."

After silently repeating the statement seven times, Klein held the parchment and gripped the Fallen Morning Star necklace, then leaned back in his chair.

Since he had taken Mr. Tower's money, he had to investigate the necklace's origins thoroughly.

Within seconds, Klein's eyes darkened from brown to black as he entered a meditative state.

His eyelids drooped, and he "saw" an illusory, hazy dream.

In that gray, fragmented world, a Dragon suddenly leaped into view!

The Dragon was dozens of meters long, its scales formed from gemstones of five different colors. Compared with the great lizards Klein knew, it looked less ferocious and more beautiful.
