"I recently acquired a Beyonder Characteristic left behind by a Beyonder and wanted to have it made into the corresponding mystical item." Abner did not beat around the bush and stated it directly.

Another Beyonder had died at the hands of The Tower? Hanged Man Alger's heart stirred as he asked in a deep voice, "Which Pathway does the Characteristic belong to? What Sequence is it? I'm not trying to pry into your privacy... but the Artisan I know has a rather peculiar temperament. Only Characteristics that interest him will make him willing to take the job."

Generally speaking, 'peculiar temperament' just means the payment isn't high enough... As long as you're willing to spend the money, I think that Artisan can overcome his little quirks...

After silently poking fun at this, Abner gave it some thought. He felt this was a good opportunity to introduce another topic, so he answered without concealing anything, "It's a Sequence 7 Serial Killer."

"Serial Killer?!" Did Mr. The Tower have a grudge against the Blood Sanctify Sect? Or was the organization he belonged to investigating matters related to Devils?
