The Black Throne was a Ghost Ship left behind by the Solomon Empire. Its design was grand and old-fashioned, though the starkly different styles of its port and starboard sides made it awkward to look at. Even so, it cut an impressive figure.

The ship had originally been hidden in the Oradec Archipelago at the edge of the Fog Sea. Roselle found it over a century ago and made it his vessel for exploration.

Unfortunately, Roselle had sailed the Black Throne into the Abyss. The ship was contaminated, causing its "spirit" to fall. In the end, the spirit was erased.

It could no longer be called a Ghost Ship. It was merely a large Mystical Item with numerous Beyonder Abilities.

Even so, the Black Throne remained a treasure beyond words in the eyes of many pirates. Miss Gwen had managed to keep it only because of an accessory-like Mystical Item Roselle had left aboard.

The item could be set into the Golden Snake Sword she already owned, allowing her to borrow the Black Throne's power. A suit of armor would materialize around her, letting her wield power on the level of a Mentor of Disorder.

If she was willing to pay a price, she could even unleash a single Demigod-level effect of "disorder."

Powerful as the item was, she could only transform into an armored warrior within one nautical mile of the Black Throne. Its negative effects were terrifying, too. It gradually eroded the user's mind, and once the armor had been worn for more than thirty seconds, that erosion became irreversible. The user would slowly fall, becoming a Coldblooded comparable to a Devil.

For a Beyonder of another Sequence, it might have been useful only as a desperate last resort. But as a Weapon Master, Gwen could effectively reduce
