Thanks to traveling all over eight regions and being young enough not to need a job, Ash had obtained three systems.
Especially this third one!
Beneath skies shrouded in dark clouds, terrifying lightning rolled overhead. Pikachu descended in front of Ash, and the backward baseball cap somehow flew up into the air and landed atop Pikachu's head.

With perfect coordination, they bumped fists, slapped palms with Pikachu's tail, and smiled brightly as they met each other's gaze.
The Z-Crystal on Ash's wrist shone even more brilliantly, its dazzling radiance illuminating the dim, rain-soaked battlefield like a miracle.
The announcer shouted, "It's a Z-Move! Contestant Ash has used his third system!"
Lance sensed the approaching danger. "Hydreigon! Dragon Rush!"
"Zahh!"
The mud-covered Hydreigon shot up from the ground. Back in the air, it gave an angry growl as surging Dragon Flame covered its entire body, licking across every inch of its skin and fur.
Indigo, crimson, and azure flames intertwined and gradually spread, transforming Hydreigon into a terrifying azure fire dragon in the blink of an eye.
"Roar!!"
It threw back its neck and roared furiously, invisible sound waves shaking the curtain of rain as though they would suppress even the rumbling thunder.
At the same time, Ash and Pikachu swung their fists forward almost in unison. Brilliant golden light connected them, finally forming the shining symbol of a Z-Move before Pikachu.
Even as the flaming dragon in the distance gathered its strength and charged at them with a suffocating sense of intimidation, roaring all the way, neither of them changed expression.
Ash went from a low murmur to a loud cry, his eyes shining like lightning. "Stronger than Thunderbolt, powerful enough to belong to us alone—our full-power attack! Pikachu!"
"Pika!"
"10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt!!"
