Nature Titan (3)

Seeing that the magic had worked, Nikolayevich roared again. He swung the Magic Staff in his hand, sending a jet of flame shooting out and summoning the Legendary Rank Fire Elemental once more. This time, the Fire Elemental was even taller than before, its entire body glowing the fierce red of the sun. Its heat, exceeding a thousand degrees, was enough to melt steel.

The instant the Fire Elemental appeared, Nikolayevich leaped into the air. White light burst out around him, enveloping him completely, and he plunged into the Fire Elemental's body. With a boom, the Fire Elemental, already over six meters tall, surged as though oil had been poured onto a fire. It swelled several times over into a flaming giant, only two heads shorter than the Nature Titan standing at full height!

The moment the Flame Giant appeared, it charged the Nature Titan and threw a punch.

Its enormous, flame-wreathed fist struck like a battering ram. With a boom, it smashed into the Nature Titan's chest, scorching a broad patch of it with intense heat and knocking the titan back several steps.

His first blow landed, Nikolayevich immediately threw another punch at the Nature Titan's head.

This time, the Nature Titan was ready. Sonic, hidden inside it, had also reacted and began controlling it in a fight against Nikolayevich's Flame Giant. The two behemoths used no fancy moves, only a brutal exchange of blows, stripped down to what worked, every strike aimed to kill.

Though Nikolayevich and Sonic were both magic users, neither lacked the courage or skill for close combat. The two giants traded blows. The Nature Titan was covered in charred black patches, while great swaths of flame had been torn from the Flame Giant. It came down to which of them would give out first.
