Green sat behind his desk with a smile, watching Old One-Eye stare open-mouthed at the list in his hand.

Old One-Eye looked up from the list and swallowed. A wry smile spread across his weathered face. "Sir, are you... are you joking with me? These are all top-level restricted military weapons. I'm afraid this is beyond me!"
Green remained unmoved. He lifted his teacup and took a sip, his face expressionless. "What's this? The resourceful Old One-Eye, who can even get hold of cannons, is saying he can't do it? Are my Gold Pounds too hot to handle, or is something else worrying you?"
