Selina was now a [lv4] Crow Mage. Though she still fell short of her younger sister Freya, a [lv5] Bone Mage, she was a capable Formal-Rank Transcendent in her own right. Working with Freya and Owen, she had also helped the Shadow Trade Association flourish in Landon City.

Selina nodded. She had seen Akara from a distance through a raven's eyes. "The reader is a woman under thirty. She's wearing traditional dress from the southeast of the Rune Federation, with a veil covering her face, so I couldn't make out her features. She can make Tarot Cards float in midair. My initial assessment is that it isn't a trick. She should be a Transcendent, but I can't determine her rank."
