Ryan's Third Battle with Hawkeye

"Who are you?" Ryan asked, looking at the excitement in the suited man's eyes.

"Ah, Lord Ryan, you don't remember me." The suited man panicked the moment he realized Ryan didn't recognize him and hurriedly said, "Didn't you see me before?"

"Our boss is Siegel!"

At the mention of him, Ryan vaguely remembered. A suited socialite appeared in his mind. Whenever he used the Eternal Poses and Log Poses on his ship, Ryan easily thought of him.

The man really didn't look like a pirate. He seemed more like a member of high society—sensible, able to read the situation, and concerned about his reputation.

To be honest, the Poses Siegel had provided had brought Ryan a great deal of convenience. At least during the first half of the Grand Line, he no longer had to worry about finding his way.

"You're from the Black Hand Pirates?"

"Yes! Lord Ryan, you finally remembered!" The suited man burst into tears of joy. When Ryan hadn't recognized him, his heart had shattered.

After all, as more and more major incidents were caused by Ryan, the man had become one of Ryan's biggest fans. His admiration for Ryan was second only to his admiration for his boss, Siegel.

"Where is your boss, Siegel?" Ryan asked.

"Alas!" The suited man sighed. "The boss went to the New World, while we were left behind!"

He then began explaining what had happened to the Black Hand Pirates. After encountering Ryan and the others, they had quickly assembled a force of five thousand people by relying on Ryan's reputation and Siegel's personal charisma.

They had gone to Water 7 at the time, only to find that Ryan had already left for the East Blue. They had missed their chance to meet him, and Siegel had continued onward.
