He felt a little wronged. He had been injured on this trip, for one thing. Ryan's sword strike, coated in Conqueror's Haki, had been no easy blow to withstand.
Even though he had turned into light in time, he had still suffered a serious injury.

Kizaru then told Sengoku about the miserable time he had had in the Sabaody Archipelago.
First, he had clashed with the Blood Sword Pirates while protecting Charlos and his companion. Then the pirates had threatened their lives, forcing him to face Ryan and Fujitora together. He had managed to rescue the two despite being injured, only for them to repay him by shooting at him.
He had finally made it back to Marineford, and now Sengoku was scolding him too!
Worse, he had been branded a mole. Kizaru felt as though his whole world had gone dark!
