Teach struck a grand pose as his hefty body appeared before the Seraphim in an instant. His vicious face and terrifying aura made for an overwhelming sight!

"Hey! Blackbeard, the Sea Emperor! Nice to meet you. I'm York!" To everyone's surprise, York, the leader of the science division's forces, greeted Teach like an old friend. Her face held the innocence of a girl untouched by the world. She didn't seem to care who won the war!

"Zehahaha! Hello, beautiful lady!" Teach was a little surprised, but he didn't care what she was after. Things were different now!

In the original story, Blackbeard had become a Sea Emperor with just two Devil Fruits. Teach didn't know whether that Blackbeard had eaten a third or trained his body, but he was confident he could surpass him! With three powerful Devil Fruits and physical strength enough to contend with a Sea Emperor, he might not yet be on that level, but "overlord of the seas" suited him just fine!

"You're incredible! That robot you just destroyed was one of old man Vegapunk's prized creations. He put so much work into it! Are you really human? Can a human really be this strong?" As York spoke, her hands made strange little movements. She suddenly pinched Teach's belly. From the feel of it and the analysis of the precision instruments inside her, she was certain his body was flesh and blood. It was simply far tougher than she had imagined!

"That idiot!" Vegapunk watched their conversation through York's eyes. He was hardly pleased with what she was saying, but he couldn't control her. Each of his satellites had a mind of her own. He had built safeguards against betrayal into them, but he couldn't bring himself to destroy an extraordinarily expensive satellite
