The one small mercy in all this was that there was finally no third wave.
Moyun waited on the Ark for a few minutes before bringing everyone up to Water 7.
Water 7 had already become a complete mess. Iceburg was the most panicked of all.
"Why was this tsunami even worse than the previous ones?!"
"Mr. Iceburg, please don't panic! We need to hurry and save the civilians!"
Paulie was anxious too. Standing at the highest point, he watched Sea Kings wreak havoc throughout the city, destroying buildings while many residents trapped in lower areas faced grave danger.
"Right, right! Anyone who isn't injured, hurry and bring the wounded up here! And doctors! Where are the doctors?!"
Iceburg shouted.
But everyone had already fallen into panic. Not a single person could take in what he was saying.
A woman even ran to Iceburg while clutching her child and sobbing. "Mr. Iceburg, please save my husband! He's still down there! He didn't make it up!"
Logically, no one should have been injured. After all, everyone had gone through several tsunamis before.
