"Pirates aren't the only problem. The Revolutionary Army has also become a massive threat," Shuedaruka roared. "If you think you can keep yourselves out of it forever, then just wait to die! This isn't Dressrosa's problem alone. We need to solve the pirate issue quickly so we can free up our hands to deal with the Revolutionary Army! If turning Dressrosa into a battlefield can ease the pirate problem, then I support it!"

At once, a great many kings raised their hands in agreement.

King Cobra rose abruptly and slammed the table. "Fighting pirates is the highest priority. It concerns the entire world. If you consider only your own country, that is far too selfish! King Riku, you should think more about what responsibilities Dressrosa can bear instead of trying to shirk them!"

Nearly every king from the first half of the Grand Line immediately voiced support, and the room was soon in an uproar.
