As his voice echoed, the Martial Prohibition Bureau members conducting inspections nearby withdrew from shops, changed direction, or squeezed out of the crowds, all hurrying toward the Xiaming River.
Fan Chunlin, meanwhile, was somewhat bewildered:
He had discovered nothing, yet Brother Ding had already spotted traces of something imbued with yin evil?
"Candle Eyes and Star Pupils" truly lived up to its reputation!
He was about to follow Ding Songyan out of the medicinal herb shop and race toward the riverbank when Brother Ding's voice rang out, swift and low:
"Stay here and seize everyone in the herb shop!"
