Orochimaru casually slapped several Explosive Tags onto the corners of buildings, then slipped out of Kumogakure again. He bit his finger and summoned a Giant Snake.
Orochimaru stepped into the Giant Snake's mouth. It burrowed underground and vanished, while Kumogakure remained peaceful.
Only the soft footsteps of patrols broke the silence. No one imagined that a Giant Snake was racing beneath the village.
It did not turn upward until it reached the center of Kumogakure.

The hard ground shattered, sending rocks flying in every direction as a Giant Snake burst from below.

The three Giant Snakes stretched out in the center of Kumogakure and wreaked havoc at will.
Orochimaru vanished in a blink and ran toward another part of the village, casually sticking Explosive Tags to buildings along the way.
Explosions rang out from buildings across Kumogakure. It was deep into the night, and after more than a decade of peace, the village was once again caught in war.
Countless civilians poured out of buildings as squads of Kumogakure shinobi gathered around the three Giant Snakes.
"An enemy has infiltrated the village. It's likely Orochimaru of Konoha. He's the only one in the Shinobi World who specializes in summoning Giant Snakes to fight.
"Squads, join forces and kill the Giant Snakes! Stop them from destroying our village!"
