The space in front of the Five-Tails Jinchūriki began to warp. His body seemed to slip out of his control. He had never faced an attack that manipulated space before.
At the rear, Kitsuchi reached the edge of the battlefield. The moment he saw what was happening to the Five-Tails Jinchūriki, he shouted, "Watch out! Dodge!"
At the same time, he hurled a kunai straight at the center of the distortion.
The kunai flew fast, reaching the center in the blink of an eye. Then it stopped dead and began spinning with the warped space.
Steam poured from the Five-Tails Jinchūriki's body, driving him away from the center. The distortion spun faster, but he inched beyond the heart of Kamui's attack.
Whoosh.
The distortion stopped. The kunai vanished without a trace, and an arm fell toward the ground. Blood gushed from the Jinchūriki's severed limb.
The pain shattered the last shred of the Jinchūriki's awareness.
Roar!
A deafening howl rang out. Steam erupted and spread in every direction as a pillar of dark red Chakra shot into the sky.
Takigawa vanished from where he stood and retreated.
Sanada and the Four-Tails Jinchūriki, locked in combat, both stopped and pulled back. A massive Tailed Beast appeared on the battlefield. Its mind had taken over the Jinchūriki's.
Takigawa's expression grew grave. Sanada appeared beside him and said, "Looks like we'll have to fight this head-on. A good chance to test our limits."
A Light Barrier rose around Sanada. He aimed an arrow formed from Amaterasu's Black Flame at the Five-Tails.
The Tailed Beast swung its enormous tail, knocking down several trees as though they were stalks of straw.
