After doing all that, a smile split across his lips.

The smile was not exactly twisted, yet for some reason, it gave Mio Takamiya an indescribable but very real chill.

If she had to make a comparison, it was like a fruit discovering that a worm was hatching inside it.

Pure malice surged like a tsunami.

A twisted, evil beast crawled out from the shadow behind his body.

It resembled both a colossal tree and an arthropod.

Its leaves and roots pierced sky and earth with the sharpness of a bloodsucking creature's mouthparts. The instant it appeared, the sky seemed to be stained red.

The earth, too, seemed to spontaneously enter a state of "desertification"—the ugly form left behind after all vitality had been stripped away.

The domain of Angel of Law, which should have suppressed everyone lacking Mio Takamiya's power, was completely devastated by the impact of that evil tree.

Mio Takamiya could even feel that the wicked tree was drawing spiritual power from within her domain!!!

What a horrifying monster.

It was practically a malignant tumor parasitizing the planet!!
