Background / History

Elysia was a Herrscher who died before the descent of Finality. Her purpose was to unite people against a shared enemy and preserve the memory of the Thirteen Flame-Chasers for later eras through personal vlogs. Mobius was among the few people close to her. 49

In her earlier life, Elysia was an exceptionally powerful Fusion Warrior, having fused with the Emperor Honkai Beast Vorona. Even without invoking Herrscher authority, she could suppress a berserk Chijie without injury. 70 511 She later relinquished her Herrscher authority to become human and cultivate future heroes. 527

After arriving in Terra, Elysia's diminished state left her vulnerable to people who had once been companions or admirers, including Aiselfrey, Surtr, Laurencin, Skyfire, and Eden. She repeatedly tried to preserve these friendships rather than flee, despite being physically outmatched by Abyssal Hunters. 453 455 463

Russell eventually became her teacher and principal supporter. He offered her a human body core so she could experience mortal life, while retaining a separate Herrscher body for divine affairs. 818 821 828 Elysia ultimately became mortal, losing her divine body, authority, and power, but remained committed to changing the world through comrades rather than personal strength. 829 830

Elysia is a pink-haired beauty with bright, mirror-like lake-blue eyes. Her appearance varies between bodies, but she is consistently described as radiant and striking, with fluffy soft hair and an expressive smile. 53 809 815
