Several police officers surrounded the truck.

The officers looked at one another.

Another officer eyed Cao Hongyi suspiciously. "Are you reinforcements sent from above?"
Cao Hongyi did not answer directly. He glanced at Feng Ling and replied, "Our purpose is the same as yours. We're here to eliminate Xenomorphs."
The atmosphere eased slightly.
Though the misunderstanding had not been fully cleared up, they lowered their gun barrels a little.
Xu Yiming could not stand it anymore and said to the nearest officer, "Hey, you can put the gun away now, can't you? We're all on the same side. What if it goes off by accident?"
The other man still held up his gun and said nervously, "S-some Xenomorphs can alter their appearances and disguise themselves as ordinary humans... You should wait until Captain Han gets here."
