Her anger had lost its target, her emotions had nowhere to settle. She felt like a joke.
A few seconds later, she snapped out of it when she heard Li Qing's pained groan. She stepped forward to help him up and asked, "Are you alright?"
"I'm fine..." Li Qing said with difficulty. "But this body probably can't be used anymore."
Ye Zheng asked, "What do I need to do? Find you another corpse?"
"It'll be difficult. It has to have died recently, with its body cells still retaining some vitality... We'll figure that out later."
