Feng Ling defended the Truck from waves of Rat Monsters through the night and discovered that they gathered corpses before attacking. At dawn, she used a Drone to survey the Maze and found a colossal woman's head rising from the sea.

• Ye Zheng hesitated when two Rat Monsters attacked, and Feng Ling caught them before ordering Ye Zheng to rest.
• Feng Ling captured Rat Monsters to test whether their attacks followed a fixed spawn cycle, then realized they continuously emerged from the fog and gathered corpses before attacking.
• Feng Ling marked a Rat Monster to track later, fought off repeated waves with help from the Cat Spider and Cat Owl, and told Li Qing what she had learned.
• At dawn, Feng Ling flew a Drone over the Maze and found that its cityscape extended to South Sea Wharf and a river leading to the ocean.
• Feng Ling adjusted the Drone camera, revealing a woman's head as large as an island emerging from the sea.

Feng Ling and the others surveyed the labyrinth with a drone, spotting a colossal woman in the sea and a grotesque Corpse Mountain in the city center. As they began searching nearby rooftops for the Safe Zone, Huangfu Miaomiao spotted a rat.

• Feng Ling, Li Qing, Xu Yiming, and Huangfu Miaomiao speculated that the giant sea-dwelling woman might be a pseudo-deity such as Mazu and could be the Labyrinth Master.
• Feng Ling piloted the drone over the apparently deserted city, but the group found no living creatures or obvious Safe Zone.

Feng Ling’s group was overwhelmed by swarms of Rat Monsters and forced to abandon their Truck and fight through a building to reach the rooftop. There, Feng Ling found Huangfu Miaomiao and rushed to help Ye Zheng, ordering Miaomiao to fetch a sedative.

• Rat Monsters poured from a shattered window, attacked the Truck, and bit one of its tires flat.
• Feng Ling led Xu Yiming and Li Qing into a nearby building, where they were trapped between Rat Monsters upstairs and downstairs.
• Feng Ling, Xu Yiming, and Li Qing fought their way upstairs and barricaded the stairwell, but more Rat Monsters broke in through a fourth-floor window.

As another wave of Rat Monsters attacked, Feng Ling decided to lure them away so Xu Yiming and Li Qing could escape with Ye Zheng.

When rats returned and attacked the shop after the procession left, Feng Ling agreed to let Huangfu Miaomiao follow it to investigate.

Feng Ling left Li Qing and Xu Yiming behind for safety, then saw the procession’s Rat Monsters walk into and disappear inside the enormous mass of flesh.

• Ye Zheng spotted a Xenomorph's half-body fused to the flesh mountain and accused the Crow of lying about Xenomorphs entering the Maze.

Feng Ling and Ye Zheng risked being absorbed by the Meat Mountain as they tried to free Huangfu Miaomiao by cutting the tendons binding her leg. They took turns going inside the mountain, leaving Huangfu Miaomiao still trapped as the rescue continued.

• Ye Zheng pulled Feng Ling away from the Meat Mountain, and Feng Ling explained that Huangfu Miaomiao's tendons had to be severed to free her leg.

Feng Ling returned with Huangfu Miaomiao and Zhengzheng, all bloodied after escaping a Mountain that devoured people, and asked Li Qing what was wrong with the Maze.

• Xu Yiming hid Li Qing and the injured Cat Spider in a bedding store and waited for Feng Ling while Li Qing lamented his inability to help.
• Crow told Li Qing that Players had entered the Maze before and disappeared, admitting he had hidden this because he feared Li Qing would refuse to enter.
