Background and History

Kesha led the female Angels in overthrowing Hua Ye’s Heavenly Palace Order and established the Order of Justice. She and her younger sister Morgana once fought together, but their differing beliefs led to a feud lasting more than ten thousand years 7.

When the SCP Foundation appeared, Kesha found no record of it on Earth and could not analyze SCP-173, even with the Angel Civilization’s computing resources. She sent Angel Yan to investigate the anomaly and ordered her to retrieve it if possible—or destroy it rather than let Morgana obtain it 3.

SCP-173 killed Yan by snapping her neck and damaging the data needed to restore her. Kesha arrived with an Angel force, but withdrew when the anomaly disrupted Angel communications. Back in Meleon Celestial City, she exhausted the available methods of repair before accepting that she could not revive Yan. She preserved Yan’s data model in the Ideal Divine Kingdom and chose to wait for the Foundation to retrieve SCP-173 rather than launch a retaliatory attack 6 7 8 9.

Kesha later supplied the Foundation with a theory about the Broken God’s Silver Net and sought its help for Yan. Doctor Kuroto subsequently delivered the Eclipse Pendant as a reward for help with a Class C Problem that Kesha could not remember solving. The pendant repaired Yan’s body and Void Engine; when He Xi moved it away, Yan died again, then revived once it was returned 65 71 72.

Kesha continued cooperating with the Foundation during threats to the parallel worlds and used a promised reward to secure Morgana’s release. She accepted responsibility for her sister’s conduct, but her subsequent plan to oppose Foundation chairman Jiang Chen was exposed. Later encounters left her resolved not to defy the Foundation again 82 93 98 99 116.

Appearance

Kesha is often shown reclining on her throne with an outwardly untroubled expression, even when she is distressed 2 8.

Personality

Kesha maintains a composed public manner to protect and reassure the Angels, but Yan’s death exposes how deeply she values her comrades. She blames her own arrogance for sending Yan into danger and continues seeking a means to restore her long after her technology fails 8 9 71.

She favors calculation over impulsive combat. Despite the Angels’ desire for revenge, she withdraws from SCP-173 when it threatens their communications; later, she warns Morgana that a mind-disrupting attack could help an already unstable opponent 7 9 108. Her caution does not end her curiosity about the Foundation, which repeatedly brings her into conflict with Jiang Chen 99 105.
